With over 35 years’ experience of working in the public sector, most of which were spent specialising in HR and HR Business Partnering, developing meaningful relationships with key people and the people within their teams. Supporting complex business change, offering expertise in all people areas, including guidance on people practices such as restructures and succession planning, coaching and providing feedback to stakeholders, which help to improve business efficiency.
