Security & Compliance
Andy joined TriplePs as a full-time member of staff in 2020 after been providing Security and Compliance services to TriplePs for the last four years on contract. Previously he had a successful career in several Criminal Justice Agencies including HM Immigration Service, HM Prison Service, Home Office, National Offender Management Service and the Ministry of Justice.
Of the 28 years spent involved in IT Services the last 14 were focused on IT systems security and policy development. This ranged from the accreditation to Government standards of specialist systems and software for prisoner management through to on-line Health and Safety reporting and including Offender Tagging and Prisoner Escort transport along the way. He also advised the MoJ procurement teams deliver the requirements and the assessment of responses for the IT security elements of major contracts.Connect with Andy on LinkedIn
Office Manager & Financial Controller
Amy joined the company in 2015 as Office Manager assisting during our growth phase. In 2016 Amy took on the responsibility as the financial controller for the business leading the administration and finance teams.

Michael joined the company in 2019 overseeing the technical account management responsibilities.

HR & Talent Acquisition Support
An experienced Human Resources (HR) professional, Heidi provides support services to businesses which will help them to implement their business strategies from a people perspective. Partnering at all levels, from large operational teams to small and medium sized enterprises, offering expertise in all people related areas, including policy development and employee relations.
Working closely with business leaders and line managers, to help build organisation and people capability, plan and support people strategies and talent and development approaches, leading to the achievement of shared business objectives.
With over 35 years’ experience of working in the public sector, most of which were spent specialising in HR and HR Business Partnering, developing meaningful relationships with key people and the people within their teams. James joined TriplePs in 2019 starting up the marketing department with an extensive background in marketing, design and website management.
