Having been approached directly by Xerox, TriplePs were appointed to review their standard support services and act upon any improvements necessary. Awarded a contract under the home office framework contract TriplePs were able to provide a successful service throughout.
Xerox is an American global corporation that sells print and digital document produces and services in more than 160 companies, originally founded in New York in 1906 its headquarters are now based in Norwalk, Connecticut.
As part of the services provided to our client TriplePs reviewed the IT network and design to the desired digital security level in addition to the support functions of the already existing setup. Review of applications and design/provision of specialist bespoke software created by the TriplePs software team were also put into place as well as full training of staff on the new security regime. ISO 27001 governance and compliance were also achieved in addition to the provision of a fully managed network and assured device network to the required level. Upon finalisation TriplePs were delighted to have worked closely with the tech giant and continue to provide exceptional digital security through innovation within the industry.
