Since our last communication, TriplePs has continued to provide you with our flexible and remote services to enable you to continue to concentrate on your business operations.
TriplePs is now a completely Cloud Based organisation having taken advantage of our own Secure Cloud Based Solution, which is now available to be deployed to new and existing customers. This has enabled our teams to continue to work safely, securely and remotely from home, with only a minimal requirement to visit and check the office. The success we have achieved with remote working during the lockdown period, will help to inform our thinking and decision making for future resource and development planning.
At the beginning of July, we successfully onboarded a new member of staff as a Software Engineer. Our latest new member of staff joined us at the beginning of September as Head of Sales to lead our in-demand services to new customers. We are currently in the process of recruiting further to enhance our offering, a Service Delivery Manager, Support Engineers and Project Management. TriplePs is taking this next step now, to support our growing customer requirements.
We successfully passed the ISO27001 certification Stage 1 audit earlier in the year and have now successfully been awarded the Stage 2 certification. In addition, TriplePs are now a Softcat Partner enabling us to provide a range of security products, whilst TriplePs are able to assist in the development of core services.
Following the recent government announcement introducing further national measures to address the rising cases of coronavirus in England, we wanted to reassure you that we are continuing to operate as we have been doing since March this year. We have seen increased productivity, improved employee engagement and more productive communications between ourselves and you, our customers. We have seen that working remotely is not a barrier to providing our customers with their required levels of support and as we continue to grow our company.
We ask our customers to please continue with the arrangements regarding the delivery of equipment to the TriplePs Service Desk.
