IT Helpdesk Service Packages

We have developed three standard IT support packages, all addressing different levels of IT helpdesk support that organisations commonly require:

  • Basic Support: IT helpdesk support 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (except bank holidays).
  • Silver Support: Monday to Friday support until 6pm (including bank holidays).
  • Gold Support: 24/7 support, 365 days a year.

As we understand that no two organisations are the same, TriplePs also offer bespoke IT helpdesk services to our clients. Alongside a standard retainer, a client using our bespoke service specifies how much time they want to pay for each month for IT support. This can then be increased or reduced each month, providing ultimate flexibility for clients to choose how much support they need and only pay for the time they use.

No matter which package you choose, you will receive an active and dedicated IT helpdesk number suitable for staff or customer use, which we will monitor during the hours specified in your helpdesk service package. Each of our IT helpdesk clients is also assigned a service manager as a main point of contact, who manages your account and closely examine any issues or developments to ensure the best quality of support is always upheld.

IT Helpdesk Reports

Each month your service manager will send you a detailed report on IT helpdesk activity to keep you informed of all developments, covering the following areas:

  • Number of calls received.
  • Types of calls received.
  • Time taken to resolve each call.
  • Remaining time in your budget (for bespoke packages).
  • Caller identities.
